Our company was born at the beginning of the year 2020, formed by a group of highly trained enterprising engineers, developing for more than 10 years in the mining industry, bringing the experience gained in the different disciplines necessary for the automation of processes and improvement of both electrical and mechanical equipment to the entire industrial area. System Upgrade.

Excitation field board for Synchronous Motor (4000Hp) for Primary Ball Mills at Operadora de Minas de Nacozari, the project includes board assembly, programming, communications, Human Machine Interface and commissioning. Additionally, trend displays, monitoring of punctual measurements and alarms were added.

Locked Steel Gate

Development of

Remote control for 2 mobile unloaders via Wifi, controlled from the HMI of the control room.

Open Imagination

Development of.

Operational control for the discharger of the final crushing process. It consisted of migration from PLC Schneider Electric to PLC Allen Bradley, creation of HMI operating screens for control and visualization of operating variables as well as alarms. Control panel and WiFi radio installation for remote operation via Tablet.

Upgrade.

Control board for conveyor belt with 200HP VFD, Local and remote start/stop control.

From soft starter to 200HP VFD for conveyor belt.
